Pet Deposit (Non-Refundable)	25% of one month’s rent

Barber/Beauty Salon Services
Resident Special Activities, Outings, and Trips
Special Event Catering for Resident Hosted Functions
Friends and family are always welcome to join you for a meal $8.50/meal
Residents pay directly for cost of their telephone, any premium cable services, and personal contents insurance.
